Jury trial dates are on the Lyon County docket as an aggravated burglary case continues.
Judge Jeff Larson set potential trial dates of July 14, July 28 or Aug. 4 in the case against Tanner Brooks as part of a hearing Friday. There will be a status hearing July 9.
Brooks is charged with one count of aggravated residential burglary and two counts of criminal damage after an alleged incident in early March. The aggravated residential burglary charge carries an alternate of criminal trespass.
Separately, a defendant in a Lyon County aggravated robbery case has waived her jury trial rights and is seeking a bench trial.
Sheantel Thompson remains charged with single counts of aggravated robbery, aggravated witness intimidation, possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia after an alleged incident this past December.
The bench trial will be July 2 before Judge Jeff Larson.
