Another candidate has filed for election to the Bushon City Council.
Christina Atchison added her name to the ballot Friday, joining Vicki Jackson, who filed this past Wednesday. Also in Bushong, Fred Fecther is seeking election to his former seat as mayor.
The candidate filing and withdrawal deadline is noon June 2. If necessary, the primary election will take place August 5.
The general election is scheduled for Nov. 4.
Positions for City Council, City Commission, mayor and school board are up for election this year.
