The Lyon County League announced its All-League Selections for baseball and softball on Thursday.
First team selections in baseball include Kael Wagaman of Southern Lyon County and Colby Fehr and Drew Konrade of Lebo/Waverly as pitchers. Konrade and Southern Lyon County’s Eli Markowitz at catcher. Landon Traver of Marais des Cygnes Valley, Jordan Beeman of Southern Lyon County and Taegan Kelley of Lebo/Waverly as outfielders. Lebo/Waverly’s Zach Oswald at first base. MdCV’s Landon Reed and Brayden Hopkins of Lebo/Waverly at second base. Dalton Lingenfelter of MdCV at shortstop. Southern Lyon County’s Jaiden Kurzen at third base. Ty Calderwood of MdCV as a utility player.
First team selections in softball include pitchers Joselyn Simmons of Burlingame/Northern Heights and Adriana Weeden of Southern Lyon County. Addie Wright of Southern Lyon County is the lone selection at catcher. Infielders selected include Lebo/Waverly’s Saige Hadley and Kate Wagner, MdCV’s Aubrey Vogeler and Izzy Steggs and Southern Lyon County’s Kayla Steinke. Outfielders include Lebo/Waverly’s Abi Jones and Siara Crouch, MdCV’s Akyra Traver and Southern Lyon County’s Jaden Nuessen. MdCV’s Emily Criqui is a utility selection.
