It will be an Art-rageously good time in and around Lebo for the town’s 36th Stars and Stripes Celebration.
Things start Thursday evening with the West Park Family Night, according to organizer Amanda Hopkins.
After the fireworks show Thursday night, the activity slate for Friday is thick, with a biscuits and gravy breakfast, baby and toddler costume contests and cornhole tournament leading to the parade at 11 am. Lunch and art classes then lead to the Red, White, Blue and Bulls event through Frog Creek Fighting Bulls, which begins at 7 pm at 671 24th Road. Here’s organizer Dakota Knight:
Saturday has a full list of activities, with a color run, tractor show, bingo, arts and crafts contest, bike ride and dance. Sunday has the Bob Ellis Memorial Tractor Pull and a Lebo school alumni lunch.
