Scattered showers and thunderstorms are possible areawide both Tuesday morning and afternoon. Some may be strong and a few may be severe.
As was the case Monday, the Storm Prediction Center has issued a marginal severe weather risk for all area counties. The main concerns for both morning and afternoon activity are wind gusts up to 60 mph.
Storms return to the forecast Thursday night and then persist through at least Monday, with slight to moderate chances of activity.
