Lady Hornets Open 2025 on the Road for First 11 Matches

The Emporia State volleyball team will be road warriors again to open the 2025 season.  The Lady Hornets will start the year at the San Diego Invite with a road match against Point Loma on September 4.  They’ll play four matches at the Washburn Invitational beginning September 12 with a non-conference match against Newman.  ESU plays four matches in two days in the MIAA-GAC Crossover in Edmond, Okla. starting September 18.  ESU’s home opener is also its MIAA opener when the Lady Hornets host Missouri Western September 26 at White Auditorium.  The MIAA Championships are set for November 20 at the St. Joseph Civic Arena.
