Two Osage City residents are now in custody following the execution of a search warrant in town Tuesday.
According to Osage County Sheriff Chris Wells, the sheriff’s office executed a narcotics search warrant in the 300 block of Holiday Street in Osage City at 7:10 am. During this time, two individuals, identified as 31-year-old Noah D. Powell and 29-year-old Tyeler L. Miller, both of Osage City, were arrested and taken to the Osage County Jail.
Both Powell and Miller were apprehended under suspicion of the following charges:
Distribution of marijuana
Possession of cocaine
Possession of drug paraphernalia
Formal charges are currently pending.
