Formal charges remain pending after separate alleged incidents of aggravated arson in Emporia late last week.
Mitchell Lindsey, age 30 of Emporia, was arrested late Thursday night — shortly after a reported kitchen fire at 132 West 12th. Also, 26-year-old Uriel Sevilla was arrested early Saturday morning after an alleged incident inside 10 West Grill & Dive Bar late Friday night.
Details about both incidents are pending. Both Lindsey and Sevilla remain incarcerated at this time.
