The MIAA has announced the conference’s football game of the week schedule for 2025. The Emporia State Hornets will be featured a conference-high three times in the game which will again be distributed through Scripps Media and their independent station 38 The Spot in Kansas City. ESU will kick off the coverage for the season opener on Thursday, August 28, when the Hornets host Minot State out of the Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference. ESU will also be shown September 20 at noon on the road at Nebraska-Kearney and in the season finale November 15 when they host Fort Hays State. The Hornets will host MIAA Football Media Day for the first time on campus at the Memorial Union on Monday, July 28.
