A quarterly health update and a proclamation for a major attraction coming to Emporia next month will be the primary items of discussion for Lyon County Commissioners during their regular meeting on Thursday morning.
Commissioners will receive the quarterly update from CareArc administrators before discussing and possibly approving the signing of a proclamation recognizing the impending arrival of the Wall That Heals coming to town next month. Organizers of the Wall That Heals will provide an update on the memorial’s arrival during KVOE’s Primetime Newsmaker segment at 7:20 a.m. on Thursday.
The county commission’s meeting will begin at 9 am inside the Lyon County Courthouse Commission Chambers.
