A jury trial has been scheduled in a Coffey County burglary case.
James Edward Mann, age 54, will have a pretrial hearing Sept. 4 before trial Oct. 20-21.
Mann is charged with aggravated residential burglary after an alleged incident in early March. He’s also charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
Mann also has three other criminal cases underway. He’s set to be sentenced next month in a case of distributing a small amount of marijuana in March 2022. A case involving charges of criminal in possession of a shotgun is set to go to trial in October. Arraignment is next in another case involving charges of drug possession.
