An Emporia woman is now facing a raft of formal charges after an alleged chase incident.
Carly Siebuhr was arrested by Emporia Police on Aug. 8. Details on the triggering incident have not been released, but Siebuhr now faces 16 total counts, including flee and elude, aggravated assault on law enforcement, attempted battery on law enforcement and interference with law enforcement. Siebuhr also faces counts of marijuana and paraphernalia possession, disorderly conduct, stalking and violating numerous protection orders.
Following her first court appearance Tuesday, Siebuhr has a preliminary hearing. Aug. 26.
