The USD 253 Emporia Board of Education meets Wednesday.
Math is one of the main topics for the agenda as the board looks at an action plan update for Emporia High students. There will also be an executive session for an early evaluation of new Superintendent David McGeehee.
The consent agenda, where several items can be addressed with one vote, includes separate memoranda of understanding, including a concurrent enrollment partnership between the district and Flint Hills Technical College and another between the district and Emporia Golf Course.
The meeting starts at 6 pm at Mary Herbert Education Center.
