Things are back to normal for the city-county phone system after issues Monday.
The city says a Sparklight phone system outage translated to unspecified issues with the local system late Monday morning. Residents reported not being able to call local government numbers during the outage.
The local issues were resolved shortly before 2 pm.
Sparklight says phone, internet and video services were impacted.
