The Emporia State cross country teams each finished fourth at the Griffon Invitational on Saturday. Five teams were in the men’s race with the host Missouri Western taking the win. Treyton Laurance led the Hornets running in 10th position. Four teams ran in the women’s race with Winona State dominating the field on the way to the win. Mason Bina was the top finisher for the Lady Hornets in 11th place. ESU heads to Hays, Kan. Saturday for the FHSU Open to wrap up the regular season.
