Morris County authorities are announcing details about a drug bust from last month.
Deputies say they conducted a search warrant for illegal narcotics in Delavan on Sept. 22, finding and seizing over 70 mature marijuana plants and over three pounds of packaged marijuana. Unspecified amounts of methamphetamine and paraphernalia were also found, along with a stolen passenger car, gooseneck trailer, skid loader and truck.
Authorities arrested 50-year-old Verrin Mull of Delavan, as well as 29-year-old Ashlee Paquette and 36-year-old Andrew Poulson, both of Peabody.
Formal charges have been filed. Mull and Paquette face counts of cultivating up to 100 plants, possession of paraphernalia with intent to manufacture controlled substances, possession of marijuana and possession of stolen property. Poulson is charged with attempted cultivation, attempted possession of paraphernalia with intent to manufacture, possession of marijuana and theft.
Preliminary hearings are set for Mull and Paquette on Oct. 22. Poulson has his prelim on Nov. 12.
