Enrollment is ahead for the USD 251 Board of Education.
The board meets Wednesday evening and will discuss both current headcount and enrollment history near the end of the meeting. Superintendent Bob Blair has said enrollment will be up, and the unaudited report indicates a nearly 10-student increase, continuing increases noted since a five-year low of 207 students during the 2021-22 academic year.
Board members will also get regular reports on finances, legislative matters and capital outlay expenditures. There will also be a report on state assessment scores, focusing on comparison to state averages.
The meeting starts at 6 pm at the board office in Americus.
