The Emporia Lady Spartans open up the post-season on Saturday as Emporia travels to Great Bend for Substate. Emporia drew the #3 seed in the bracket and will face #2 seed in Andover Central and a win would give them a match with the winner of #1 seed Great Bend and # Valley Center.
Emporia is 24-11 on the season and Head Coach Ping Wang knows that she has a talented team this year, and says that she is eager to see how her team comes to play to open the post-season.
Emporia begins play against Andover Central at 2 p.m.
