Two local organizations are among the latest entities receiving funds from the Kansas Leadership Center.
CrossWinds Counseling and Wellness and Newman Regional Health have been named as Leadership Transformation Grant partners. Amounts aren’t divulged, but the Leadership Center says funds are designed to help partners “create a culture that embraces change, tackles problems and seizes opportunities.”
Participating entities need to develop a core team of up to six people for involvement in the Leadership Center’s program and also to serve as conduits for Leadership Center resources and consultations.
