The annual review of Emporia’s Solid Waste Management Plan is coming next week.
The review is at 7 pm Monday at the Water Treatment Plant Meeting Room, 2910 West 24th. The Regional Solid Waste Management Plan Committee will discuss plan updates as well as future challenges and opportunities when it comes to solid waste in Lyon and Chase counties.
The public is encouraged to attend.
