A teenager accused of arson after a fire in Emporia nearly two months ago will return to Lyon County District Court next month.
Hayden Vasquez was originally set for a hearing last week, but the hearing was delayed until Dec. 4.
Vasquez has been charged with one count of arson after a fire Sept. 20 in the 1100 block of Constitution Street. The fire caused significant damage to the upper floor of the two-story home.
