Patrick Rosenberg has now been charged in Lyon County District Court with trafficking and sex offenses against at least one child.
Lyon County Attorney Amy Aranda says Rosenberg, age 42 of Emporia, faces counts including:
*Aggravated human trafficking
*Commercial sexual exploitation of a child
*Aggravated sexual battery
*Indecent solicitation
*Contributing to a child’s misconduct
*Furnishing alcohol to a minor
Aranda also tells KVOE News Rosenberg had his first appearance in Lyon County District Court on Monday following his arrest last week. Rosenberg’s preliminary hearing will be Dec. 17.
Additional details are pending. Given the nature of the case, much of the upcoming court paperwork will likely be sealed.
