CareArc is once again ending the year on a financial high note; however, the healthcare provider will be operating “conservatively” in 2026, according to CEO Renee Hively.
Hively, who spoke with KVOE News following the CareArc Board of Directors’ final meeting of the year Tuesday, stated the center will have a $10.17 million operating budget, down slightly from $10.55 million the prior year. This comes with the center reporting a year-to-date net gain of $384,000 for 2025, but despite the financial success, Hively says there are still some unknowns the center is looking to be prepared for at the local and federal levels.
Hively says they will also be keeping a close eye on funding sources, namely grant allocations, which they operate heavily on year-round, in the coming year.
In a separate business Tuesday, board members received a report on patient satisfaction data for the year, with the results, according to Chief Operating Officer Amanda Dreasher, indicating a lot of positivity among visitors to the center when it comes to facilities and providers.
One area Dreasher did note saw some dissatisfaction was in appointment scheduling.
In other business Tuesday, board members also received the regular reports from Chief Medical Officer Tammy Black, Chief Dental Officer Regan Orr and Pharmacy Director Melissa Jackson and addressed an update organization chart. The CareArc Board of Directors will next convene in January.
