Emporia swimming finished eighth in the Topeka West Invitational at Hummer Sports Park on Tuesday.
Luke Marshall swam a State Consideration time in the 50 Freestyle as he took eighth in the event with a 24.30. He also took seventh in 100 Freestyle with a time of 55.54.
The next best finishes for EHS includes eighth in the 200 Freestyle for Chesney Erkel with a 2:15.38 and 11th for Rylan Navarro in the 500 Freestyle with a time of 6:44.81.
The Spartans travel to Campus High School in Wichita on Thursday
