Emporia High girls basketball will be back on its home floor next week as the Lady Spartans host their second tournament of the season, the Glacier’s Edge Tournament, running Thursday through Saturday.
The eight-team field opens play Thursday, January 29, with Wichita North facing Shawnee Mission West at 3 p.m. Game two will feature Blue Valley against Wichita Southeast, followed by the top-seeded Washburn Rural taking on Topeka West in game three.
Emporia High will close out the opening day, playing in the final game of the night at 8:15 p.m. The Lady Spartans will square off with Lawrence Free State in their first-round matchup.
