More architect interviews are ahead in the coming days for USD 251 North Lyon County.
The district school board has scheduled a second special meeting for that purpose, meeting with architects at 6 pm Wednesday. The names of the prospective district partners have not been announced.
Earlier this month, the district interviewed Incite Design Studio, Landmark Architects and Ben Moore Studio for the purpose of developing renderings for a high school building or a full K-12 campus. Following those interviews, the board agreed to visit with as many as two additional firms. The renderings will be pivotal in determining potential costs for new facilities, either in or near Americus or near the district’s population center.
