Extradition hearings may begin soon for a Minnesota man arrested by Emporia Police officers earlier this month.
Rafael Maldonado-Ocampo was arrested Jan. 21. The legal complaint indicates Maldonado-Ocampo is wanted in Dakota County, Minnesota, after being charged with threats of violence and domestic assault.
The first official appearance in this case is Feb. 9.
