The Area and Emporia Athlete of the Week awards were announced on Monday.
The Area Athlete of the Week is Gerek Reber from Lebo. The sophomore averaged nearly 19 ppg as the Wolves won the Lyon County League Tournament.
The Emporia Athlete of the Week goes to Morrow Krueger. The Emporia diver claimed gold Saturday at the Spartans’ Senior Day.
