Delinquent taxes and equipment matters are highlights of the Lyon County Commission meeting Thursday.
Commissioners will consider a request from County Legal Counselor Molly Priest to pass a resolution authorizing the foreclosure of tax liens and the sale of real property for delinquent taxes, along with title work bids for an upcoming tax foreclosure sale.
Court Administrator Ruth Wheeler will update the installation process for recording software, while County Engineer Wayne Scritchfield will present bids for steel pipe culverts totaling almost $55,000. An executive session on third-party confidential data is also planned.
The meeting begins at 9 am Thursday at the County Courthouse Commission Chambers.
