The Area and Emporia Athlete of the Week awards were announced on Monday.
Lilly Skalsky from Olpe is the Area Athlete of the Week. The senior reached the 1,000 point milestone in the Eagles’ win on Friday over Lyndon.
The Emporia Athlete of the Week is Rylan Crowell. The senior averaged 23 ppg last week. Including 26 points against Manhattan in a 73-70 OT win.
