A gas leak has been reported in central Emporia.
Emporia Fire has been dispatched to 820 West Street for an outside gas leak just before 11:10 am. Details are currently pending; however, no injuries have been reported.
Kansas Gas has been called in to assist. Residents are encouraged to avoid the area until further notice.
