The Kansas Racing and Gaming Commission continues investigating after seizing several allegedly illegal gaming machines in Emporia this week.
Kansas Racing and Gaming worked with Emporia Police officers to serve a search warrant at Sunoco, 505 South Commercial, seizing five machines, paperwork and money. Racing and Gaming Commission Government Relations Manager Randy Evans says about $3,000 was seized this week.
The convenience store was allowed to stay open despite the seizure. No arrests were made.
