For the 78th year, the Kiwanis Club of Emporia will be hosting breakfast for the community this coming Saturday.
The 78th annual Kiwanis Club Pancake Day breakfast will be held at the Lyon County Fairgrounds Anderson Building Saturday from 7 am to 1 pm. Kiwanis member Debbie Williams ran through the menu that diners can expect all for the price of $10 in advance or $12 a the door.
As always, the event will also include a raffle drawing with a great selection of prizes, according to Kiwanis member Kathryn Wilkinson.
This is the largest annual fundraiser for the club, with Williams saying all proceeds will go to support numerous causes within the community.
