CareArc’s Board of Directors has a short agenda for its monthly meeting Tuesday.
After electing officers and directors, the board will vote to ratify last year’s business and affairs. They will then vote to approve three different forms — one to outline required and additional services under the CareArc program’s scope of project, another to list clinic sites approved by the federal Health Resources and Services Administration and a third to list activities and locations for coverage under the Federal Tort Claims Act. One executive session is planned for personnel matters.
The meeting starts at noon at the CareArc building, 420 West 15th.
