The departure of Bath & Body Works is giving Flinthills Mall a new tenant — and a major layout change — by mid-fall 2026.
Mall Manager Clarence Frye tells KVOE News the mall signed a lease with Ollie’s last week.
Internal demolition — and a lot of it — will begin shortly after Bath & Body Works’ last day at the mall April 4. Frye says Ollie’s will essentially take over all the space from center court to Sutherlands — including spaces vacated by Bath & Body Works next month; Claire’s, Buckle and Maurices last year; and Glik’s and GNC Nutrition several years ago.
Ollie’s touts itself as America’s biggest retailer of excess inventory and closeout items. Frye says the new store should have at least 30,000 square feet of space once renovations are complete and the store is ready to open to the public.
