One person was hurt after a crash in south-central Emporia on Saturday night.
The wreck happened near the intersection of South Commercial and West Logan around 9:30 pm. Emporia Fire Capt. Wade Schmidt says one vehicle broadsided the other on the passenger side, sending the second vehicle onto its side.
One person in the struck vehicle was taken to Newman Regional Health for observation and possible treatment. Other details are pending through Emporia Police.
