Baldwin City Police officers say they have arrested a Lyon County man on suspicion of rape and aggravated sexual battery.
Chief Mike Pattrick says an alleged incident during a massage therapy appointment last week at Om Grown Yoga in Baldwin City led to the arrest of 44-year-old Aaron Borger of Hartford. Borger has been a part-time massage therapist at the business as well as a chiropractor’s office in Grandview, Missouri.
Formal charges are pending and additional details through Baldwin City Police will not be released until further notice. However, officers are asking for people to step forward if they believe they have had “inappropriate contact” with Borger, whether in Baldwin City or elsewhere.
