Emporia High golf took the course for the first time in 2026 on Thursday and finished sixteenth in Wamego.
The Spartans shot 364 as a team. Chesney Erkel was tied for 60th at plus 14. Marley Harter shot plus 16 for tied at 68th.
The Spartans travel to Manhattan on Monday.
