Court proceedings have started for a Hartford man now accused of illegal sexual activity with several women.
Aaron Borger, age 44, had his first official appearance in Douglas County District Court on Friday ahead of a status conference Wednesday.
Baldwin City Police arrested Borger earlier this week after an alleged incident during a massage therapy appointment last week. At the time, officers requested information from other people who may have had inappropriate contact with Borger. The investigation has now led to two counts of rape, one against a 54-year-old and another against a 48-year-old. There are also two counts of aggravated sexual battery, including alleged activity against a second 48-year-old and a 38-year-old. Three sexual battery counts are also included, reflecting alleged activity against the first 48-year-old, the 54-year-old and a 25-year-old.
Prosecutors allege illegal sexual activity sporadically between March 2024 and earlier this month.
Borger had been serving at a massage therapy business in Baldwin City and a chiropractor’s office in Grandview, Missouri.
