E-State Track Wraps Up West Texas Trip

Emporia State track & field wrapped up action at the Jo Meaker Classic on Friday.  Luke Grace finished sixth in the men’s decathlon.  The Hornets ran second in the 4x400m relay with Braden Lipgens, Israel Domeh, Andrew Holton and Emmanuel Dukpe combining for a 3:11.2.  Isabella Davie won the 800m run in the women’s heptathlon on the way to finishing second in the event.  Lady Hornet sprinter Stella Agbokpah broke her own school record in the women’s 100m dash but finished off the podium in fourth.   The other half of the team is at the Butler Grizzly Gold Invite which finishes up on Saturday.
