Emporia State’s #1 women’s doubles team of Giovanna Ferreira and Carla Paul Piquer have been named First Team All-MIAA for 2026. The duo went 6-3 in MIAA matches including ending the season on a four-match winning streak. Ferreira also picked up an honorable mention nod in singles going 4-5 at #1 singles. The Lady Hornets finished the year 9-11 with a 3-6 MIAA record and missed the MIAA Tournament.
