Emporia High softball dropped a pair Tuesday at Topeka High.
EHS managed just one hit in game one as Topeka won 9-1.
The Trojans scored five in the second to pull out infront. The Lady Spartans scratched their lone run across in the fourth.
Marley Sewell had the only hit.
Alivia Barrett took the loss as the defense committed five errors.
Topeka took the early lead in game two to win 14-4.
The Trojans raced out to a 7-1 advantage after two.
Atlyn Heffron, MacKayleigh Arrington, and Lynnli Storm each collected two hits.
Delaney Davis drew the loss as the defense had another five errors.
EHS finishes league play 2-8 and sits at 10-12 overall.
The Lady Spartans host Wichita West on Friday.
