An Emporia man will have a bond review hearing next week in a case involving charges of child rape, sodomy, enticement and exploitation.
Austin Muse returns to court Wednesday.
Muse now faces 8 counts total, including 1 of statutory rape, 2 of statutory or attempted statutory sodomy, 1 of 2nd-degree statutory sodomy, 1 of enticement or attempted enticement and 3 of sexual exploitation.
Muse was arrested in June. Police officers in Harrisonville, Missouri, say they learned of two school-aged juvenile females who had been involved in sexual activity with an adult male and arrested Muse after seizing the juveniles’ cell phones as part of the resulting investigation.
