One man faces the potential of formal charges after being arrested this past weekend.
Emporia Police officers arrested John Meyers early Saturday on suspicion of attempted aggravated burglary, as well as criminal damage and possession of both methamphetamine and paraphernalia.
Additional details have not been released and formal charges are pending.
