One man facing drug distribution charges in Lyon County had his first court appearance this week.
Adrian Javier Bedolla faces one count of distributing up to 100 grams of cocaine as part of an alleged incident July 5. He is also charged with possessing tetrahydrocannabinol, the active ingredient in marijuana, as well as possessing drug paraphernalia. In addition, Bedolla is charged with interfering with law enforcement after allegedly leading a chase.
The preliminary hearing in this case is tentatively set for Aug 26.
