A hearing is coming later this month as early court processes move forward in a Lyon County robbery case.
Trevor Lee Stevens waived his preliminary hearing last week and was set for a pretrial hearing Aug 14. Judge Doug Jones ordered all pretrial motions to be filed before the hearing.
Stevens was arrested after an alleged robbery incident this past May.
Separately, a man charged with flee and elude and other counts stemming from an incident in April has pleaded no contest right before his trial was supposed to begin.
Leon Devante Caldwell accepted a plea arrangement to single counts of domestic battery and interference with law enforcement. Sentencing will be Oct 2.
Caldwell was originally charged with the previously mentioned counts, as well as aggravated battery, criminal damage and driving while suspended as part of an incident April 12. The aggravated assault and the original flee and elude counts were dismissed in May.
