Budget discussions are ahead for USD 252 Southern Lyon County as part of the regular board meeting this week.
Board members have conversations ahead about both the general budget and the revenue neutral tax rate, and they could well set public hearing dates for both as part of their meeting. There is also a discussion planned on budget needs assessments.
Also, the board will discuss goals and objectives for the current academic year. Regular reports from Superintendent Ryan Muhlig, building principals and the technology director are planned before a tour of Olpe’s school facilities.
The meeting is at 6 pm Wednesday at Olpe High School.
