Typically, “going to the dogs” isn’t necessarily considered a good thing. But it was for the participants in the Lyon County Fair’s dog show that took place Friday.
Joanna Miller fared well, taking reserve grand champion and senior champion showmanship along with her border collie, Annie. Miller says it was a good showing overall.
This is Miller’s third year doing the dog show with Annie.
Miller says she likes doing the show prep.
Miller says there is extra work and extra training for the show.
