The US Senate race will have one of the candidates in Emporia on Thursday morning.
Democrat Adam Hamilton is bringing his “Leading from the Middle” tour to Gravel City Roasters with a stop at 9:15 am.
Hamilton, pastor of the Church of the Resurrection with several churches in the Kansas City metro area, won the Democrat nomination by working through a crowded field of candidates.
Incumbent Senator Roger Marshall, a Republican, is seeking his second term in the Senate after serving 2 terms in the US House of Representatives.
