Sophomore forward Ella Favot has been named the MIAA Offensive Player of the Week. She accounted for five points as the Lady Hornets opened their MIAA schedule 2-0 last week. Favot had an assist in E-State’s 3-1 win over UNK on Friday afternoon. She then scored twice as ESU blanked Fort Hays State on Sunday. Favot has five goals and five assists for a total of 15 points to lead the MIAA in the category. ESU (5-2-1, 2-0 MIAA) returns to action Sunday when they travel to Oklahoma to face Northeastern State.
